Dear IVF New Jersey Doctors and Staff:

Fred and I wanted to write you this letter of thanks for everything each one of you has done for us and our family in helping to make the dream of expanding our family, at this point in our lives, a reality.  We knew that we faced many challenges when we walked into your office 2 years ago from recurring miscarrianges to our advanced ages, but everyone at the office always expressed optimism and encouragement giving us the hope and strength we needed to go through the infertility treatment process.  From the day to day screenings to the financial intricacies, the streamlined methods that were implemented at IVF NJ made our lives easier and the whole experience more pleasant so that we could concentrate on the goal of becoming pregnant.

Each one of the doctors at IVF NJ is “top notch” in our book in terms of their knowledge and treatment of infertility and genuine caring for their patients.  You were always there for a quick call of advice when questions arose to bantering and joking when we needed to laugh to the candor we needed when understanding our choices and direction with our infertility treatment – all of which have led to our twin pregnancy.  In addition, we must thank the people involved in the donor program as each one of them helped us to make a tough decision to use donor eggs when we realized that my eggs were one of the culprits to our failed attempts.  Their passion, understanding and perseverance helped us in not giving up and realizing that donor eggs were the perfect solution for us and we will always tell our twins about their long journey to be with us.

My husband and I cannot say enough about the nursing and other support staff at your facility.  Every time we walked into the office, we felt at home and at ease – there were always warm smiles, jokes and laughter and genuine concern from the staff whcih helped to lift our spirits on both good and bad days.  To quote an old line from the television show Cheers “…a place where everyone knows your name…” – that is what your office felt like and when a couple is faced with thte challenges of infertiltiy, to foster it with such a nurturing environment gives a very special ingredient to the treatment, which we believe from the bottom of our hearts, greatly contributed to our success.

Fred, I and our family will never forget the care, compassion and wisdom we found at IVF NJ and words cannot express our gratitude to the staff for making our dream a reality.  You are truly a special group of people and we are deeply grateful to all of your for what you did for us.  We wish everyone there, the doctors, staff and patients, much happiness and success, as it is well deserved.
