Phone Consultations

We communicate with patients outside of the area through phone consultations and follow ups. For the initial phone consultation, the couple must send us their medical records so that our physicians can review the information and assess the treatment that would be most suitable. The recommended course of treatment is discussed during the phone consultation. Patients have the opportunity to discuss concerns and ask questions during the hour long consultation with the physician. Patients also have the opportunity to speak with our billing department to discuss the costs associated with their treatment—egg donation and donor eggs, IVF, or surrogacy—and how to finance it.
