How to Track Ovulation

The best way for women to increase their chances of getting pregnant is to track their menstrual cycles and have intercourse on the day of ovulation. There are many different ways that you can monitor your ovulation cycle, including use of a calendar or chart where you can record changes in your basal body temperature, cervical fluid, and cervical position. While it is certainly possible to get pregnant without tracking your ovulation cycle, women that are actively trying to get pregnant can improve their chances of conception by using ovulation-tracking tools.
