Acupuncture is a holistic treatment approach that seeks to balance out the body’s systems and regulate the way that the body function. According to this approach to medicine, if one part of the body is not working properly, it can affect all other parts of the body. People undergo acupuncture sessions to treat headaches, stress, sleep disorders, circulatory problems, addictions, and infertility. During treatment, acupuncture specialists apply needles to specific points of the body along the channels and meridians. The process regulates under functioning and over functioning systems that can adversely affect your physical and mental health.
